DDR芯片除了工业级和商业级的区别，其他都没有区别么？时序上要求一样，就不需要修改。
注意，DDR能稳定工作，除了DDR时序需要和DDR芯片配合外，DDR的布线也必须满足数据手册的要求。请问你们的DDR布线100%满足数据手册的要求么?
