　我的Ｃ６７１３的开发板以前能和仿真器连接，有一次烧写了一个程序后，就再也连接不上了，总是提示错误：Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000200/-1060 Fatal Error during: OCS。有时候还提示这样的错误：Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000200/-1060 Fatal Error during: OCS　　请问是什么原因？谢谢
