在出现引导不成功之后，我检查了初始化，改了CMD文件，避免使用SARAM31，但是还是引导不成功。
于是，我做了个最小工程，该工程只有PLL初始化，并打开了CLKOUT，可以测试输出时钟，这个是正确的。
但是，我在CMD文件中更改vector之后，程序就再也引导不成功了。
