在使用DM8148设计新产品，DM8148没有RGB输出功能，
现使用DAC IC ADV7125进行8bit x 3 RGB输出，而H/V信号无来源~
DM8148 data sheet 定义AC11/AB13 :Video Ouput horizontal/vertical sync oupput. This is the discrete horizontal synchronization output. This signal is not used for embedded sync modes.
就是没有明白：是否可以直接作为RGB+HV信中的HV信号使用？？
