DM8148 EVM上电不启动，没有CCCC打印

各位TI的专家:

我的TI 8148 evm 板子已经制作了SD卡启动盘，使用SD启动模式上电启动后，串口没有任何打印(连cccc都没有出现)，只有主板（LD1）和扩展板(LD1) 2个 led灯亮，电源使用的12V 5A ,感觉像是CPU没有供上电似的，请问下 老师们，这个要怎么解决呢?
