A8时钟的一点困惑，读出来时钟不对

如图是系统开机时候的打印，可以看到读出来的时钟是19MHZ，

OMAP clockevent source: GPTIMER2 at 19200000 Hz

OMAP clocksource: GPTIMER1 at 19200000 Hz

因为我把核心板换到同样的另一块底板上时候，读出来就是24M，一批同样的板子，有几块打印是读出来19M，其余都是24M，追了一下这部分代码，看的不是很懂，不知道是哪里影响到这个时钟了
