AM3352读GPIO速度很慢

在裸机的情况下去采集一个2.5M的时钟，在下降沿会输出一个数据，发现直接读GPIO寄存器只能读到1M左右，例如不断读取一个2.5M时钟，然后从另外一个脚输出，结果输出的速率就很慢，单独测过输出可以到24Mhz，应该是读GPIO很慢导致输出很慢，请问怎样配置才能加快读GPIO的速率？
