C6748能不能通过引到外部一根网线，加载烧写到flash程序。就是说我电路板是密封到设备当中的，只引出一根网线，通过网线更新程序

可以从应用层来实现。跟芯片层面没有关系了。
在C6748的应有软件里接收网络数据，然后写到flash里。再通过Watchdog实现热复位。
