CCS6下生成的PLATFROM无法使用

使用CCS6.1.0在WIN10下生成了PLATROM，XDCTOOLS版本是3.23.4.60，编辑时能够找到这个PLATFORM，但是下拉框选择没有这个PLATFORM。

名字就是默认的myboard，目录也设置的没问题，不知道原因，折腾了一天了快。

显示图如下，生成的文件如下，5518.packages.rar
