.out 文件下载问题

在CCS7.4上下载.out文件，配置onboard USB Emulator进行conection ,但始终提示TMS320C671X: Error initializing emulator 。

能Build成功，能生成.out，就是不能下载成功。

请问你们有没有什么好的建议。谢谢
