请问这个PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-RT-AM57X 05_02_00_10 bin文件是32位的还是64位的

SDK网址为 http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/AM57X/latest/index_FDS.html

为什么后缀是x86，但是Description却写着64-bit Binary。

我是ubuntu 14.04   32位运行此bin程序提示

bash: ./ti-processor-sdk-linux-rt-am57xx-evm-05.02.00.10-Linux-x86-Install.bin: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
