ibl无法用mingw重构！！！

mcsdk：2.0.9.21

CGT：7.2.4

mingw：20131104

cgt安装在C盘program files文件夹中,mingw安装在C盘根目录下 按照IBL_Build_Burn.doc和ibl文件目录下的build_instructions.txt进行修改后 运行后 提示

如下图 麻烦ti工程师给建议！！！（CGT和mingw是匹配的，是从mcsdk releasenote下载的！！！）
