hex55转换为hex文件出错

使用5509A的时候需要二次引导，我用的是CCS3.3版本中的hex55转换工具，当out文件比较小的时候转换出来的hex比较正常，但是out文件比较大的时候，转换出来的hex文件中查看段长度明显的出错，太小了。有没有谁遇到过类似的问题啊？是我设置的参数问题么？急急急。。。。
