       我的电源芯片使用的是TPS65070，参考的是logicpd的设计，现在处理器工作主频是300M。

那么现在我想把主频提高到475M，应该怎么做的？（只需要重写PLL0配置？）

PDF上说475需要1.3V的供电300是1.2v供电，这个应该怎么解决？

还有提高主频，会不会带来负面影响？比如不稳定等
