使用SRIO让6678和FPGA通信，初始化的时候发现 SPn_ERR_STAT这个寄存器的第二位始终是0，然后我看了这一位的介绍：The input and output ports are initialized and the port is exchanging error-free control symbols with the attached device (read-only).，意思是6678和FPGA之间有个符号没有交换，所以这一位是0吗？
