L1是默认打开的，L2通过L2CFG寄存器的L2MODE配置。在sprufk5的4.4节。
谢谢，这个文档跟我看的那个不一样哈，我看的那个要使用什么CSL库，还有函数什么的（类似于Enable_L2Cache()之类的，确切的没记住），明天去试试你的这种方法
