CCS4.2无法连接OMAPL138

我用的调试器是X560PLUS，用它能够检测到OMAPL138，但是在CCS4.2下连接的时候出现以下问题：

C674X_0: Error connecting to the target: Connect to PRSC failed.
ARM9_0: Warning: 0x40002200/-241 @ marker 10831 Warning during: OCS, Control.
请问什么原因导致这个问题啊？
