自制3359电路板启动配置引脚LCD_DATA7~0一直3.3V，拉不到0，8～15可以到0

启动配置电路照抄evm,上拉到3.3的电阻100k,下拉到地的电阻10k.

将上拉电阻去掉，10k电阻接到地，LCD_DATA7~0也一直是3.3V

串口输出cccccc

通过串口烧写bin失败。
