NDK中socket编程API中的getsockopt（）函数的SOL_SOCKET层下有SO_KEEPALIVE这一项，那应该可以启用网络检测心跳包功能，可是却没有配套的修改其相关的三个参数（即keep_idle time、probe interval time、probe timeout）的函数，在此求教NDK中修改这三个参数的方法！
