6672上电时间间隔超过100ms

按照上图描述，两个电压轨上电间隔最大100ms，请问采用IO 先上电方式，6672的  DVDD18上电后，其它电源（CVDD,CVDD1等）上电间隔超过100ms，DSP芯会因此损坏吗？ 若其它电源（CVDD,CVDD1等）一直不接，对DSP芯片有何影响？
