因为是双核CPU，在运行程序时2个核的工作模式是怎么调度的，
问题1：会出现一核工作，一核围观的情况吗？怎么确认2个核都在运行呢？
问题2：CPU利用率是2个核总共的利用率，还是当前运行CPU的利用率？
多线程能超过100的就是合并的，永远只能达到100以下就是分开的
