CCS NORWrite.out运行没有出现uboot的输入框

我要通过ccs把uboot烧写到flash中，如题所讲，没有出现可以输入uboot的对话框！

DM6467板子，过程如下：

open-->load GEL-->connect-->load program(NORWrite.out)-->run

到此，就没有反应了，请问这是怎么回事呢？
