TMS302C6455有多种型号，比如TMS320C6455DCTZA8，和TMS320C6455BZTZA。

（1）看到他们的封装分别是CTZ = 697-pin plastic BGA, with Pb-Free die bump and solder balls。

                                       ZTZ = 697-pin plastic BGA, with Pb-Free solder balls。

            这两种有什么具体的区别。可以互用吗？

（2）看到他们的Eco-Plan 。也有所不同。这对这两种器件的互用是否有所影响？
