1、问题描述:
本次产品测试发现如下问题,在进行硬件测试的时候发现有20多块板卡10GE不通,10多块10GE测试可以通过。10GE不通的板卡均为本次最新采购的DSP,型号为TCI6638K2KXAAW ($Q30-6CZE699),JTAG读出的版本号为(3b98-102F)3.0。测试能通过的均为之前采购的DSP型号为TCI6638K2KAAAW(SQ11-4CZDDV9),JTAG读出的版本号为(1b98-102F)1.1。还有部分工程样片XTCI6638K2KXAAW(YB11-38ZCDG9)JTAG读出的版本号为(1b98-102F)1.1。
硬件上用DSP的XFI0接口接上一个retimer芯片DS125DF11在接上光笼子跑10GE。测试的时候用光模块把DSP板卡和PC机的万兆口连接起来,软件运行起来后能看到PC机侧万兆口能link上,但是万兆网和DSP板卡收发数据不通。硬件测试XFI的时钟正常,DSP侧收发信号均能在侧用示波器测试到。软件侧看到的是读取PCSR-rX-Status设备挂起(死机)。我们把在DSP型号为1.1的硬件上使用的软件在DSP型号为3.0的硬件板子上跑起来后发现SRIO接口初始化也有问题。
2.根据6638提供勘误表进行了如下测试
勘误表提供的复位10Glane,读取PCS寄存器会导致设备挂起。

我们用MSDK3.0.4的软件版本,在DSP型号为1.1的硬件上使用, 10GE数据收发不通。在TI工程师的推荐下我们使用了MSDK3_01_04_07的软件版本,我们发现DSP的硬件为1.1的 10GE可以正常使用。DSP的硬件型号为3.0的DSP设备还是会挂起。
