在C6670中利用BCP协处理器SSL子模块进行软解调时，需要配置scale噪声因子，请问该噪声因子的具体值应该如何计算？根据接收机估计出信号的信噪比之后，计算出噪声的方差或者说功率后，是否需要根据rms进行右移？如果需要的话，为什么要右移？
