我们在UDWORKS买的方案，里面带的RDK是3.0，哪里能下到3.5的？
DVRRDK里面DSN文件，pcb footprint里面都是空的，是一个不完整的原理图，自己没办法layout,请问这个怎么解决？

PCB footprint ：TI part都可以从TI网站上下载到的，其他的东西可以从brd文件里面抠
