6678 DDR3数据线连接问题，请教工程师

6678开发板上DDR3的数据线是直连的，没有像地址线和控制线一样上拉至0.75V.

我选的DDR3芯片是micron公司的mt41j256m,芯片数据手册上提到数据线引脚参考Vref_Data,  这样的话是否数据线也需要像地址线一样通过电阻上拉到Vref_Data(0.75V)?
