网络问题，在仿真器调试和固化之后现象不一样

网络芯片用的是marvell_88e151x，在仿真器连接的情况下，在CCS中调试网络，网络可以Link Up，可以ping通，可以收发数据。但是，利用emif固化到norf'lash之后，启动程序，会卡在网络link up，执行不下去。针对这个情况，网络方面，仿真器模式和固化模式有什么区别吗？求大神指点下问题在哪里！
