在CCS7.0下利用PGA900的OTP功能，通过XDS200往芯片里面烧录程序的时候，发现第一次芯片还能正常烧录，第二次的时候就会出现错误：

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -183 @ 0x0)
The controller has detected a cable break far-from itself.
The user must connect the cable/pod to the target.
(Emulation package 8.0.903.6)

程序在用XDS200仿真的时候正常的

如果用OTP烧录，工程需不需要更改，例如cmd文件。
