66ak2h evm 不能同时connect 多个arm核， 否则出现错误 connect to PRSC failed

hello,

      各位，

      在使用 66ak2h evm 过程中，同时connect 多个 cortexA15,  不成功，只能connect 1个cortexA15。

     错误提示为 connect to PRSC failed.

    请问是什么原因？应该怎样解决？
