BlackhawkUSB560bp仿真器连接不上c6674电路板

各位技术同仁：

       我设计了基于TMS320C6674的电路板（借鉴TI的C6678EVM原理图，不需要功能进行了裁剪），用BlackhawkUSB560bp仿真器在CCS5.2版本下无法连接目标板（没有GEL文件），Retry几次后偶尔连接上，但提示CORE状态running,连接不上时提示错误信息如下：

Error connecting to the target:

(Error -1144 @0x0)

Device core is hung,The debugger attempted to recover debug control,but was unsuccessful,Power-cycle the board, If error persists,confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings(e.g. lower TCLK).(Emulation package 5.0.520.0)

即使重新上电，或者降低仿真器TCLK频率，也是同样问题，我不知道这到底是什么问题引起的错误。
