c6678 sys/bios 增加hwi中断（hyperlink功能）中断不触发

ccs版本：5.5

内核版本:sys/bios 6.336.50

现象：hyperlink中断在裸机程序中可以正常触发，移植到sys/bios hwi动态/静态加载时，中断可以发出去，但无法触发，具体代码加载代码及.cfg文件配置如图，请各路大神各显神通帮忙摆平！！！谢谢了~
