CCS5.5上用xds100v1调试5509a出现Error -1063 @ 0x0



我Test Connection后得到如下信息:

应该是连上了的,Debug后就出错了:

C55xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1063 @ 0x0) Device ID is not recognized or is not supported by driver. Confirm device and emulator configuration is correct, or update device driver. (Emulation package 5.1.232.0) 

又折腾了很久,找不到原因。麻烦大家指导一下,谢谢!

  • Win7 x64,TRSTn下拉,TCK EMU0 EMU1上拉
  • 测一下JTAG管脚上的信号是否正确?

    另外,target configuration是怎么设置的?

  • 谢谢!问题解决了!确实是EMU0 EMU1的问题,把EMU0 EMU1断开和FTDI器件的连接。我试了2块板子,其中一块能进入调试了,另一块不能进入调试应该是其它原因了。
