TMS320F28377D flash烧写报错“Loader: One or more sections of your program falls into a memory region that is not writable...”

问题描述：

进行的操作步骤如下：1、在电脑A上使用ccs6.0版本，已经成功实现LOAD程序进RAM正常运行；2、改烧flash（使用TI flash例程） 编译生成.out文件，而LOAD报错。错误信息如下：

C28xx_CPU2: Loader: One or more sections of your program falls into a memory region that is not writable. These regions will not actually be written to the target. Check your linker configuration and/or memory map.

C28xx_CPU2: File Loader: Data verification failed at address 0x00080000 Please verify target memory and memory map.

C28xx_CPU2: GEL: File: H:\soft_install\controlsuite\controlSUITE\device_support\F2837xD\v210\F2837xD_examples_Dual\flash_programming\cpu02\ccs\CPU2_FLASH\flash_programming_cpu02.out: a data verification error occurred, file load failed.

3、在电脑B上使用ccs6.0烧写其他程序至该板件flash正常，后拷贝电脑1生成的TI flash烧写 例程 .out文件在电脑B中同样可以烧写成功。

（对比target configuration file 没有区别 仿真器与硬件一致）

现在不知道是哪里存在问题，怎么解决，
