Dsp8148和88e1111通信异常问题

做了一块板子，dsp8148通过rgmii和88e1111连接，phy芯片硬件link完全正常识别10/100/1000M,

但和上位机无法通信，发现将rxclk上的串接电阻从原来的33欧姆改为200或者300欧姆时，十兆和百兆模式可以ping通，但是千兆始终不行，有没有大神见过这种现象的，求解
