所谓的dark frame，就是在黑暗环境下拍摄的一帧数据。你可以在真实的全黑暗环境下获得相关帧，或者通过关闭光圈等方法，抓拍相关帧。
注意dark frame的值，可能随着sensor增益的变化而变化，最好在不同增益下多采集一些帧看看。
