c6657固化双核程序，核0始终可以起来，核1有的时候可以起来，有的时候起不来，起不来的时候地址在0x70000000以后这个段内。用的是核0将l2的程序搬到核1的l2上，给核1入口地址，给中断。起不来的时候看到核1的0x118ffffc的内容是程序的入口地址
