在C6657自制板上，上电后第一次运行 memory test例程，是成功的。Passed Times:       21 Failed Times:        0 

但是在不掉电的前提下重新debug运行该程序，就提示 Passed Times:       16 Failed Times:        5  DDR的读写就出现错误。 请问这可能是什么原因？
