TSW1400与ADS4229连接测试问题

我最近在做TSW1400和ADS4229之间的测试实验，但是在两个板子的连接测试过程中，TSW1400中时钟没有检测到，对应的LED3没有亮，但是ADS4229的firmware已经加载，我用的是20MHZ的时钟输入，5MHZ的正弦信号输入，在测试中没有观测到相应的波形，谁遇到过相同的问题，给个解答吧，谢谢！
