DSP芯片型号C6748，电压1.8V无故上升至2.6V，断开1.8V电源后，只提供3.3V,1.2V,1.3V,1.8V电压被拉升2.6V，断开3.3V，只提供1.2V,1.3V,1.8V,电压被拉升到1.8V，请问造成这个现象是什么问题引起的
