AM5728 PCIE使用RC模式，外接PCIE转串口芯片，目前可以看到串口芯片的设备号和ID等参数（这些寄存器都是32位的），但是读写串口寄存器时返回的数据都是0，修改驱动使用readl没有问题，但是使用readb返回的数据都是0，是因为AM5728的PCIE不支持8位的读写方式？32位的操作方式不向下兼容？
