CCS里用xds560连接不上DM6467

急，麻烦给看一下，在ccs3.3/4里都出现，用xds560连接DM6467时老是显示

Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000240/-1180
Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS,
The target is stuck in Wait-in-Reset mode. The applied reset must be released before progressing.

为什么啊？arm能连上，dm6467连不上，硬件应该是好的，合众达的新买的
