根据DM6467datasheet 7.18.4 HPI Electrical Data/Timing 以及 Figure 7-59. HPI16 Read Timing (HAS Not Used, Tied High)进行计算。
计算HSTROBE信号的两个下降沿之间的时间间隔：图中的3+4。
即HSTBL + HSTBH = 15 + 2Mns
M = 4/ (CPU clock freauency ) ns 假设使用594 M DSP，M = 6.734ns
所以总共时间是 15 +2*6.73 = 28.468ns
