CCS激活和不激活的区别

请问大家

      我现在用的是CCS4.2版本，未激活，但是可以正常的仿真和调试，我想知道激活和不激活的区别是什么？

      另外，CCS4.2的编译器版本是不是不稳定啊，有时候同样的程序在两台电脑上的CCS4.2上面编译出来的.BIN文件的大小都不一样，而且跑起来的效果也不一样，请问是不是与编译器有关？
