c6678低温零下40度网口不通

c6678（工业级） 低温零下40度网口（88e1111工业级）不通，常温高温下网口正常都能正常启动，请问这可能是什么原因导致的？

我查了88e1111的供电和晶振都是正常的，另外做了4块板子，有三块都是正常的，

只有一块低温零下40度网口不通，问题板其他接口测试都是ok的(ddr/emif/srio等)

请指点。谢谢！
