C6657的upp时钟问题？

最近在做6657的upp部分，看datasheet时，有个疑惑，望各位能解答：

文档中有提到：upp的时钟最高可达75MHZ，可是又有提到upp的时钟最高可以为CPU频率的二分之一，假如CPU频率为1G，则UPP时钟速率为500MHZ，

这前后是不是有矛盾啊？
