板子上有四片c6678，其中有两片如果调试时使用system reset复位，会导致ddr3控制寄存器出问题，0x21000000这部分寄存器全部变成0，也无法再写，最终初始化ddr3失败。另外两片dsp是好的，如果不去使用system reset的话，都可以正常初始化。请问是什么原因？通过jtag复位dsp属于软复位吗？可能什么原因导致ddr3控制寄存器无效？
