通过DSP的RESETn管脚对DSP进行复位重启，dsp偶尔会出现boot不起来的现象，断电重启都能起来。仿真器连上去看boot相关寄存器的值如下：
电源查过的，而且每次上电起来都是好的，reset长度都调过，现在是150ms左右的低电平
仿真器连接时程序位置及相关寄存器参数,如下图：此时点F8，DSP能正常运行
