f28335在线调试uart正常，烧入flash异常，与mosa卡通信正常

目前做了一个功能板采用f28335作为主控，采用uart串口与另一块板卡之间进行422通信，另一块板卡以0.5s为周期向本板发数，本板回应，即为正常，921600波特率。
当用jtag在线调试时422一切正常
当程序烧写到flash里，用另一块板卡与本板通信，发现本板无应答。
烧写在flash里，用moxa卡模拟那块板卡以0.5s一次与本板uart串口通信正常
