是不是一定要深入了解xdc工具及其语言（xdc script等）？

XDC就是帮助你编译的工具。我认为不需要专研的很深入。

我还是有疑问：就是在server 封装、engine集成以及CE应用时大量出现的基于javascript的编写的cfg文件、xs文件、xdc、bld文件，如果不了解javascript和xdc script如何写好这些文件呢？？？这些文件又扮演了很重要的角色。
codec server/package的制作有wizard，不一定需要对你说的那些文件有具体了解。
